Campaign Headquarters Opening


Mark MacKenzie,  Green Party of Canada candidate for Ottawa West-Nepean, and the campaign team would like to extend an invitation to you to commemorate the official opening of our campaign headquarters, on Friday, April 8, 2011, situated at 23 B Tristan Court.
 
Start time for the event is 6 p.m.  Special guest for the evening is Frances Coates, past Ottawa West-Nepean Green Party of Canada candidate and former Shadow Cabinet member.  There will be lots of food and great conversation as we officially say hello to members of the community and fellow Green Party enthusiasts! 

Earth Hour Candlelight Vigil

When:      Saturday March 26th, 2011.  8:30 p.m.

Where:     Parliament Hill

Why:  

Come to Parliament Hill on March 26th to commemorate Earth Hour. Attendance is free!

Last year over 400 people attended and we're expecting an ever bigger crowd this time. We've got 500 candles to give out: first come, first served!

Earth Hour is symbolic event where people around the world are encouraged to turn off their lights for one hour to show support for action on climate change.
